Children Interviewers – Knutsford area

Children were given training to help them understand the process and procedure for recruitment of new staff. 6 children and 6 teenagers were offered several days training which incorporated all the information required to interview.

Decisions, decisions, who do we want to get the job!

The children have been able to put their skills to test through helping to form interview panels, the children interviewed for the post of ‘Director of children’s services and trusts in Cheshire’ and will help form the interview panel when interviewing for ‘children’s consultation and participation worker’ with the Youth Federation.
